I have been very fatiqued for the past 6-8 weeks and the only thing they could find (after extensive testing) was a low estrogen level. ... h menopause. I take 5mg of Prozac, my gyne put me on it, it seems to help with the anxiety, but I still get the edge when my period is coming. My endo calls it perimenopause with anxiety.
