I went through the menopause with not a single symptom and this I put down to taking "Oil of evening primrose".
Admittedly I took it two years to starting the menopause and for a year after my periods stopped.
I don't know how this works but my friends sister was prescribed this after a Hysterectomy so I can only presume it works with the Hormones.
