... hi, i am really unsure what is going on and if i need to be diagnosed? i'm guessing at the end of this i will only get the same reply as most, go see a doctor, but am also hoping someone could shed some light on my feelings, plus after reading so many posts tonight, it seems that the right medication is like finding a needle in the haystack!! so basically i started to smoke... ... That's it! That's exactly the breathing problem I have! It's from a very mild sort of asthma. In my case any anxiety, depression or fatigue makes it worse. Yours could be the same thing, too. I've had it for years, ever since I was a child. Meditation, yoga and relaxing helps. Getting more rest helps, and so does eating better. In my case losing weight and exercising... (6 replies)
... Well this ran in my family. Although not as extreme coughing. You sound so stressed, maybe you need to see a counsler. It really can help. Medican never helped me, i went years trying it and it never worked. I spent 4 months talking to a counsler and thanks to that all i have is miner attacks maybe once a month, and i dont take medication. (2 replies)
