... all I saw was the title "Celexa withdrawal" and I had to reply. It is awful awful awful awful awful awful awful awful I can't put enough awfuls in here. Your doctor NEEDS to know & even when he/she does, they may not understand how it actually FEELS. I went cold turkey a couple years ago, and I honestly thought I was going to die. ... I have heard from many people that they suffered no withdrawl from Celexa. It is supposed to be one of the best for lack of withdrawl symptoms, so please don't worry. I take it too. But just to be safe, when you do go off, eliminate it little by little, lowering dose gradually over a few weeks. I bet you'll be fine. (2 replies)

... ow, I would take longer then what the doctor thinks, there is no hurry and your body must adjust to the seritonin changes of serzone. This will also decrease the withdrawal symptoms and give you a good feel for what is condition and what is the drug. I was moved from serzone to celexa, along with neurontin for the siezures. ...
