In early MS symptoms can precede MRI findings for awhile. However, your symptoms could also be from an autoimmune disorder like lupus, which often presents similar to MS. Lupus can cause migraines, tremor, numbness, fatigue. If your thyroid problem is autoimmune, Hashimoto's, another autoimmune disease could be present. I would ask neuro for a visual evoked potential (VEP) test for MS, and ask for a sed rate, CRP, CBC, ANA (for lupus). Early in lupus, the ANA can be negative, so pinning this down could take some time. A Vit B12 and folate level should be checked too, as deficiency can cause some of your symptoms and it is easily treated if low.

Hey, thanks for your reply. I had B12 and folate levels low diagnosed 3-4 months ago, and given drugs which treated it and recently it showed normal levels. But I still suffer from the symptoms I did with the low levels.
