... Does it occur when you bend your head forward? If so it might be L'Hermittes (sp) sign. This is one of the symptoms associated with MS. Search L'Hermittes on this board or on the 'net' for more information. The actual 'shock' feeling is due to lesions that create a 'short circuit' in the CNS (central nervous system). ... Hello KJBR, When you saw your Ophthalmologist did he indicate any problem with your eye exam? Did he detect the double vision? Eye problems associated with MS are detected by an Ophthalmologist upon evaluation/exam. When you saw the Neurologist how was your Neurological exam/evaluation? Normal? Abnormal?
