Sorry first post, and not sure what board to write on. Epilepsy or multiple sclerosis. Probably both.
Started having tonic- clonic seizures 4 months ago. Started on Keppra 500 mg. Simple partial seizures still occurred. Over 2 months worked way up to 3000mg. Dr added 400mg Tegretol to the mix after another partial. Since being on both meds, which has been just... (7 replies)

White spots on the MRI, or lesions- as they are called, are scars from attacks on the Myelin Sheath, or protective coating on the nerves.
