I wouldn't get too alarmed yet. I believe a normal CK is 80-120. Someone can get a 300 from a hard workout. But Myotonic is Dominant inherited. If, God forbid, she is affected, the good news is: "The lower the CK, the milder the disease". 300 is pretty low. Mine is usually 500 and mine is considered somewhat mild MD. Have you been thoroughly checked for hyperparathyroidism ? I just got diagnosed with this and have some similar symptoms - foot pain, cramping, muscle pain, aching, bone pain, and elevated cpk (in the 300-500 range, which is not too high apparently).
Also a lot of your problems sound like hypothyroidism, as in the sinus and foot pain.
