Ive been biten my nails since I had teeth and the nails to bite. At age 22, Im now worried about the state my nails are in and I actually recently (with much difficulty) stopped biting my nails.
They're discoloured (i.e. darker than normal), thin and weak (i.e. they arent difficult to bite off which makes sense given the amount of biting they've had to endure). ... (8 replies)
