... My fingers do it too. It's normal, but stop messing with them. do not BITE them off. Simply cut them off with cuticle trimmers and let them be. They will fix themselves. Alot if it has to do with dry skin. Dont put lotion on it because it will burn and you'll risk getting an infection. If you want, to stop yourself from messing with it, put something over them to protect it.... (3 replies)
