... Hand problems can be tricky. Yes you might have tweaked a nerve, muscle or tendon. Don't know what's available in Japan but if you can make your way to a hand specialist. If you still arent getting any relief from taking ibuprofen, may want to see your GP they may do a complete blood work up to see if there is anything there that may be causing this and also see if they wont refer you to a specialist, internal medicine or neurologist if doesnt go away as there are so many different reasons that this is happening.
