... ugh. whoever said accupuncture had no side effects, lies! acupuncture is supposed to play with your energy, your body function, move it around and throw it upside down. its the reset button of our bodies. i had GREAT results with acupuncture when i used it to treat primarily joint pain, but after 4 months, one needle placed anywhere made me vomit. body had just had enough.... ... I tried it too. I`am not sure but I do think its nerve pain that I`am suffering from in my face and it didn`t help at all. I tried it for a few months but could not continue because of finaces. ... My friend tried it. Weird results. One visit per week for four weeks. Wait 1 month. Four more visits. The first three sessions shows promise as pain might have been reduced a bit, but two weeks later the pain rose to a higher level. It took about 1 month to get that pain level (7 replies)
... I tried it 2 years ago. It was absolutely worhtless for me. Watch the processed carbs especially in the starches-potatoes, white bread etc. Get moving! Power walking helps. You can't give up! Hang in there! (7 replies)
