... Welcome to the board. Have you had a MRI? It sounds like you may have some spinal nerve compression, probably stemming from an issue at L4-5 or L5-S1. Could be a bulging disc, enlarged facet joints or similar that is pressing into or irritating a spinal nerve. It is not uncommon for the first symptom of a lumbar spine problem to be either sciatic pain or weird symptoms... (2 replies)
