... t then they started to tingle, burn, feel swollen with shoes on and I would take the shoes off and they would not be swollen, tie shoes felt tight by the laces.. In the summer with the heat they hurt like heck, then when I swim and come home they burn so bad. I can handle the burning sensation so far. ... (29 replies)

... I do know that your cpk levels do not always co inside with the disease flaring. I think that is why I am always so confused. I am sure your lupus also causes muscle and joint problems as my scleroderma does and Hashimotos. ... (29 replies)
