I am not sure how i got my carpal tunnel, I am not a big typist and do not egage in any repetitive hand activities that requires use of the wrist. ... (1 replies)

... an EMG is painful but the pain is very quick. The doctor performing the test will tell you when he is going to give you a "shock" and how intense it will be. If they don't, tell them to warn you in advance. It helped me knowing when it was coming. ... (7 replies)
