... I've struggled with low ferritin and hemoglobin levels for years. Yes, anemia can cause fatigue. You should ask your doctor how much iron they want you taking, and possibly a referral to a dietician. I know I had to try a bunch of different iron supplements to find one that I can tolerate. ...
