... I joined Planet Fitness back in Jan 2014. Six months before joining, I lost 49 pounds. Since joining I've lost an additional 47 pounds. I go 4 days a week. I do the elliptical (HITT) for an hour before taking the various group classes that are offered (arms, legs, abs, etc). I've lost more in inches than in pounds.
