... For the most part they dont hurt. I have one on my arm that when pressed sends a zing up my arm so i assume it is on a nerve. However I have 2 on my back one right over my spine that is harder than the others, also I have farther off to my side that feels very deep and hard. The one on my spine gets a feeling of pressure but does not hurt. (2 replies)

... Yes! I have about 3, but 2 of them are pretty noticeable. (to me and my hubby anyway) My dr said they are lipomas but didn't do a biopsy. (I was pregnant at the time) They are on my lower back, to the right of my spine. Fatty tumors, great just what I need....more fat. lol I weigh 307lbs.
