... Banker might be right...I had a similar experince, and it was OCD (Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder). There are certain antianxiety drugs that can SPECIFICALLY help this. I know it is uncomfortable, but you MUST tell a psychologist! Take care (6 replies)

To be truly OCD, you would have to have some compulsive ritualistic behavior along with the obsessions. And the rituals are not something you enjoy, you detest them but cannot stop doing them. ...
