... Mel, my point exactly. I would never go the pharmaceutical route either, and all those DEXA's I've had have served no purpose other than to ruin my life with anxiety. I take strontium and MK-7, and if someone else posts a positive gain with those supplements, I'll feel good for both of us:). (8 replies)
