... Hi JayKay and welcome to the boards; this is a good and helpful group of people so you'll likely find some answers. Didrocal is in the bisphosphonate class of drugs, as is Fosamax. These drugs don't really "build" bone; they act by killing off the osteoclasts, which break down bone. Bear in mind that bone turnover (i.e. the osteoclasts break it down, the osteoblasts form new)... (11 replies)
