From what I've heard from others (cuz I had a LEEP, not the laser) it's a quick procedure and you can do it under just local- you just need to be sure it's the whole numbing injection/novacaine-type injection because it can hurt if you're not numbed all the way. Maybe you should ask your doctor what s/he recommends. Let us know how it goes! (4 replies)
