... I've never read (nor did my gyn. oncologist ever mention) the need for condoms for any length of time post-leep. Intercourse is to be entirely avoided (condom or not) for at least 4 weeks post-leep. As for working out, I've read anywhere from 3 days to a week that heavy lifting and exercise should be avoided.
