... Hm, the only thing I'd say is lay off the vacuuming and some of the bending, for a week or two (if you can). It is possible that even though it doesn't seem much, you might be pulling on the scar/scab tissue and it is bleeding. OR it is just how your body is healing. I don't know. As far as gray . . . I think mine might have gotten that color at one point. I figured... (3 replies)

... I don't do any lifting, I'm am not running any marathons or anything. I am actually out of work right now for a partial rotator cuff tear, so I am getting plenty of rest. All I do really is go to school. When home, I rest with the occasional vaccuuming and whatnot household chores. ... (3 replies)
