It takes time to build up in your system, and your dr. should have given you MORE short acting medication to use while the patch was getting into your body. ... I take lortab 10/500 and I've had the qualitest and watson and the watson is the best, I think. The qualitest had a bad smell and they made me so sleepy and sometimes sick to my stomach and didn't help the pain that much. The watson helped the pain and I had no side effects.
