Dear lesha, The most important thing is to take your medicine exactly as prescribed by your dr always, always, pain mgmt means the dr is the manager & if you have a problem go to the manager, your dr. It can take awhile to get the medicines right, no one is alike, everyone is different but the only one to find the solution is your dr! (7 replies)
