Hi bad back, Before i was started on long acting, timed released narcotics i used to take short acting acute pain meds & had diarrhea tendency although UC in remission & it stopped with beginning meds that kept blood level of narcotics steady, even 24/7 & im rx'd a higher dosage but if i miss a dose or patch falls off or if pain becomes less severe requiring less bt meds...
