... The prescribing information mentions that it can, but it didn't work that way for me. For about the first month I had no appetite at all, but after that it evened out. I also had to take it in the morning or I would be awake all night, most people get sleepy from it. I think you would have to try it and see, I think it's different for each person. Tigg. (2 replies)
