... Yes it would likely appear by then. 24 hours would be a better test though. When were you getting those symptoms in relation to your last Vicodin dose? They do sound like they could be withdrawal, but they aren't the more common ones. My early withdrawal symptoms to give you an idea are anxiety, insomnia, sweats/chills, and a runny nose.
