... usually let him know a week ahead of time if I have to leave to go out of town so he has plenty of warning and is not blindsided. I also call him the day of the early refill to remind him why I am faxing him early. I just feel like I am bothering him even though i know i am not that its his job but I feel bad sometimes. ...
