I understand it's not a simple injection, I actually thought it was more complicated than it seems to be -- then I learned that my doctor's office provides the procedure so that's why I thought an urgent care or ER would maybe be able to as well. ... Like cmpgirl I don't say much to discourage people from trying ESI because so many people do report getting some relief from them but in my own experience they are horrible and mainly used to avoid giving people Opiates and to increase doctors income. (2 replies)
