... I would consider a Fentanyl patch. It is strong, lasts 3 days for extended relief and doesn't typically cause the biliary colic pain that Morphine causes. I've had a few pain crisis that lead to an extra dose of Norco (I also do Soma 350 2-3x a day) For me, usually the sedation effects of meds wear off. Soma is that way.
