... I am taking buspar for that ( they thought I had asthma ) on inhalers for a few months ,,,,no more inhalers ,,,but I freak out over the air outside ( anxiety) . I think my lungs are bad ,,( but they are always clear).... agoraphobia ,got a cool mister for room,... trying to get back to normal ( what ever normal is) good luck. (2 replies)

... It can be difficult to breathe during an attack. Esp. if it's a bad one. I had issues with it. But as far as physical breathing problems that last even when you're not panicking, everything I've read/heard on anxiety/panic attacks is that they can not physically harm you at all. (7 replies)
