... I assume you meant you're 29 (not 20) soon to be 30...right??? :confused: Sounds like maybe stress over turning 30 may have triggered an anxiety attack in you. I was stressed on my 30th birthday too. Trust me, you're still very young. What I'd give to be 30 again! LOL ;) Your symptoms are all common anxiety symptoms. ... Hi Jeff! I treid a number of meds celexa, zoloft, effexor and paxil,Alos tried lorazpam, and the rest. Lexapro has been a god send to me. I have been on it for about 8 months.I had a severe pill phobia so i started with just a tiny piece of the pill each day taking just a bit more. ... I'm not sure 'cure' is the right word because panic attacks are a natural behavior response that anyone can have under stress. It's like saying you are 'cured' from obesity. ... (6 replies)
