Basically my doc said I was still 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced. She wouldn't induce me and I was still suppose to be on bedrest. ... ChaiT- Well I finally had my little girl, on the 24th at 2:12 a.m. after so many false starts I waited until 11:15 pm to go to the hospital, we got to the hospital at 12:00. I was admitted 45 min. after the baby was born. lol I did try the castor oil- 2 TBSP early afternoon w/a vanilla coke chaser. Don't think that it did anything though. ... I know right - I mean, your labor is progressing...it was 3-4 cm dilated and now it's 4-5 cm...hello??? What are they waiting for? :confused: It took me like 24 hours to get to 5 cm, then it only took about 2 hours to go from 5 to 10! AND I went from 7-10 in about 30 minutes!
