... s. My doctor told me that she considers full term to be 37 to 41 weeks. She said she will induce at 39 weeks as long as there is dilation and effacement. With my first daughter I was finally induced at 42 weeks, so there's really no way to tell. Here's sending you those labor and dilation vibes!!! ... (35 replies)
