... Hi all. Im just wondering if anyone here knows if melatonin could be a cause of muscle twitches. I have been taking it for almost a year now, prettymuch every night at a dose 300 mcg. ... Thats what restless legs are. You could be low on magnesium... you need to have an intracellular test for magnesium. Also look up Dr. Mildred Seelig..she is the world's foremost authority on magnesium (8 replies)

I have the "Jerks"

I know the " jerks" have kept me awake many times at night but I don't often get them during the day. Help needed

... problems. Im 25 and female and every time i sit down or am going to sleep my left leg drives me nuts. Its mainly in my calve muscle, and its vibrates,pulses and twitches like mad with a slight toothache pain. Sometimes it goes from my left buttock all the way down.
