... my boyfriend has the same type of problem at night, it sounds just like RLS, except it's only in his arm, he has never felt it in his legs or other arm. sometimes it bothers him so much that he's practically in tears because all he wants to do is sleep. we've figured out caffeine triggers his specific problem, so he tries to remember to avoid caffeine from evening to night... ... I have found a way to get rid of rls that works for me. I eat a yogurt every day in the mid-morning. That's it! I've tested this out several times over the last couple years, and every time it's the same. ... Anemia can cause some body movements as can deficiencies in one's electrolytes. Have you reported this to your OBGYN? If not, I would encourage you to do so. There are many different causes for these kinds of symptoms but given you're pregnant, I would start there. You may find more on the baby to be boards... (2 replies)
... I'm third trimester pregnant and cannot figure out what is wrong with me. I have a weird feelings in my hands and arms sometimes my right leg. It feels "TICKLISH" not literally where I have to laugh but sensitive and ticklish like not enough oxygen and feels like my tendons or nerves/muscles feel weakish. ... I find this SO interesting! I have severe RLS and I am pretty sure I have IBS. I was going to ask my doc about the ibs the next time I went in to have my BP checked. It will be interesting to see what happens if she gives me anything for the IBS as far as it helping my leg. (and arm and face) Requip is NOT helping. :( (6 replies)

... I have this all the time, day and night. Sometimes it feels like there is some huge earthworm crawling just below my skin. It happens everywhere too.
