... your diet necessarily, but a chemical inbalance in the brain. Results in inability in the body to store and use the iron. P.S. I remember from experience that Tylenol PM REALLY makes RLS worse. RitaB also mentioned getting your thyroid checked. Hope some of these posts help. ... (13 replies)
