Depending on how bad they are you might have to go to the doctor for treatment. if they are not that bad a few things you can try. eat more fiber dont strain when you go to the toilet. let it come naturally. if it doesn't eat more fiber. drink more water (not beer, soda, etc) lay off the spicy food.
