Depending on how bad they are you might have to go to the doctor for treatment. if they are not that bad a few things you can try. eat more fiber dont strain when you go to the toilet. let it come naturally. if it doesn't eat more fiber. drink more water (not beer, soda, etc) lay off the spicy food. ... You probably shouldn't have anal sex if you have active hemmorhoids. If they are healed, you'll likely be fine. Just stay safe, use lots of lube, and lots of foreplay, to loosen up both sphincters. To keep from having them in the first place, avoid straining.
