... no to all of the above. i'm a student, mid 20s. i wash my hands often but nothing excessive. i actually avoid any lotions or creme on my hand. just don't like that oily feeling. as soon as i apply lotion to my face, i wash it off my hand. maybe i shouldn't do that. my hands aren't dry either. ... ... dld...do you know which vitamins in particular? I know that anti-inflammatory are supposed to be good for auto-immune problems, hence the Vitamin D3...still looking for other solutions. Someone else mentioned Vitamin E. But yah, I guess a good multi-vitamin would probably take care of most of these though hahaha. (3 replies)
