Thanks for the replies.

These days it is a bit better, now I achieve my regular sleeping time and that is 6-7 hours of sleep, even though I still wake up at that time or even earlier (after about 4.5 hours of sleep) and then wait for at least 30 minutes to fall asleep again. Though as I reach the biological minimum and don't consider myself tired I think it is much better now.

I am still worried about those wakings, don't know if they are normal.

Just tell me this - [B]Do you think I am suffering from idiopathic insomnia?[/B]. I've always been sleeping "short" (not 8 hours) since childhood, so I didn't sleep long, but even though I don't remember I had insomnia since I was a child though, do you think this disease could begin in the age of 21?

I heard that it is a life long condition so I am a bit frightened about that. They said that difficult birth is a risk factor, and mother had problems when I was born (it was a difficult birth).

Just interested in your opinion. Do my symptoms look like that?
