... d panic. I can only give you my opinion. It sounds like anxiety to me. When you start worrying that something might happen that is called Fearing the Fear. It is a classic symptom of anticipatory anxiety. I would like to add that because I am not a doctor I would ask if you have ever been tested for Sleep Apnea? ... (3 replies)
