... i've been on trazadone for close to a decade now, I was experiencing bad insomnia, so my GP suggested trazadone which helped until recently, my nightly dosage was 200 mg + 50 mg Mogadon. they work very well for me. As for being a bit out of 'it', I'm not sure if the meds (also on divalproex) or my current medical situation (low grade glioma right frontal/temporal) are... (2 replies)

... Lucky, DO try the extended release version of zolpidem (12 mg.) It does not act immediately like the 10 mg., but it really will help you stay asleep all night. (6 replies)

... If the only reason I was doing the tonsillectomy was for the sleep apnea, I would agree completely with what you are saying. I have has problems with my tonsils since I was younger and my old doctor refused to take them out (they were making too much money off my 3-4 visits per year for throat infections to find it "necessary" for them to be removed!)
