You comment about staying up for a whole day then going to sleep earlier will NOT work. ... ot of time in your bed except for sleeping. it's been found that your body registers "sleeping places" and "nonsleeping places" so if you spend a lot of time not sleeping in your bed it makes it almost impossible to sleep later. you could even try putting a mattress or sleeping bag on the floor and sleeping there. ...
