Your symptoms suggest at least one sleeping disorder...undiagnosed sleeping disorders can lead to high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, asthma, and other health conditions. In other words, they are nothing to ignore. I would encourage you to do some reading about sleep problems, and make an appointment... (18 replies)
