... Surely does sound like you have sleep issues from reading your symptoms. But apnea is not the only sleep issue, there is hypopnea which I have, and restless legs syndrome and others. If you sleep supine (on your back) try sleeping lying on your side. If possible elevate the head of your bed at least a foot, this can bring relief from COPD somewhat. Are you aware of...
