While dreaming too much, waking up every 2-3 hours, and non restorative sleep are symptoms of a sleep disorder, I would first look at the side effects of any medication you are taking or have taken recently. ... I'm not a Dr. but I believe your twitch is a delerium tremens or twiches which I have had a lot of in my time. Sleep deprivation was a major root cause to my twitches, anxiety, depression.
