... ow wears a sleep mask that blows air and keeps his airways open. It took some getting used to but he persevered. He has to wear it every night, but he no longer falls asleep on the sofa in the evenings and isn't tired all the time. He gets much better quality of sleep now, and so do I, as his snoring was horrendous. ... (5 replies)

... I know EXACTLY what you're going through. I am sorry you are not sleeping and that the Elavil is not helping with your sleep. I took that same dosage for many years, but it eventually stopped working for me as well and I stopped sleeping.... ... (8 replies)

... and since birth he seemed to have problems with his nose seemed like he was snorting all the time and now he snores so loud when he sleeps. he snorts during the day and breathes through his mouth all the time to the point his lips crack and bleed and hes thirsty all the time drinks his 8 oz cup in a few seconds. ...
