... Here is one thing you can try. Put 1/2 of a vivarin beside your bed. Set your alarm a half hour early. Take the vivarin and then "snooze alarm" for the next 30 minutes. See if your brain is clearer when you actually do get up. (6 replies)

Lunesta works!

... Wellbutrin and dexedrine are absolutely horrible for people with insomnia. You're talking adrenaline and stimulants here. And insomnia is terrible for depression and other mood problems. I don't know what else to say. (5 replies)
